please take a moment to read my T.O.S, by commissioning me you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. I have the right to work by the means of my T.O.S and if at any point you do not agree with my process you are at fault for not reading my T.O.S.

If you have an art idea other than the examples of what I currently offer, ask and I might be able to work something out

• Price quotes / estimates are free, just ask ! You do not have to commission me after you recieve a quote

• Prices vary based on subject complexity or an addition of props, things like many colors and markings, wings, or being generally detailed may increase the price

• 'Extra character' prices may vary as well, extra characters that are very simple or small in comparison to the other may cost significantly less than the listed, general price

• Payment is in USD and through Paypal or Ko-Fi (no account needed - only a card required), if applicable you must make the appropriate conversions

• I require payment up front and before I start drawing unless otherwise stated

• If you need a small payment plan for large commissions, I may accept partial partial payment upfront, and rest of the payment after the sketch

• Payment is usually made through Paypal invoice, which may require you to provide your paypal email. I only use a paypal.me link for trusted commissioners, friends, or family

• I may also accept payment in other ways (not through PayPal) such as Ko-fi tips, Venmo, Cashapp, Stripe, Steam wallet $/codes, gifted discord nitro, or toyhouse premium, if you are interested in this as a form of payment instead of PayPal let me know.

• I do not start on the commission until it is paid in full (subject to change)

• Larger commissions I will ask to provide sketch and/or lineart progress, and flat colors if requested, unless you want a 'surprise'

• You may request smaller changes in the sketch process, but I can not make large changes at the lineart, flat color process or near complete

• I may only do a full redraw if you are dissatisfied at the sketch process

• I HIGHLY appreciate if you have an idea what you want. I can do artistic freedom / free reign commissions, but they are more difficult for me. I am totally okay with detailed descriptions. If you have references or examples you'd like to show, the more the better!

• Commissions may take days to weeks, my motivation and mood fluctuates, so to be safe larger pieces could generally be around 2 or more weeks

• I do not like it when I am frequently asked about my progress on a commission, once a week or so I am okay with. I will update you myself or ask questions when need be

• If you want / need a specific deadline for a piece let me know

• You are not allowed to use artwork you did NOT commission from me in any way

• Artwork you commissioned from me, for you, may be used for any personal use (icon, header, backgrounds, print it, etc) but please do not draw over it, if I missed something ask me to change it, adding a background or text or a filter is ok

• My artwork may not be used for commercial use or used for an NFT (selling my art in any way or form) or fed into AI generators

• Artwork you commission from me may be reposted or shared with appropriate credit

• Artwork you commission from me may not be reposted to nsfw-focused sites like furaffinity, e621, r34, etc.

• If for any reason you would like a refund PLEASE contact me first, I have the well ability to refund myself

• Full Refunds only if: I have not started your commission, or am in the sketching process

• Any request thereafter will only be a partial refund

• You are only eligible for a full refund after the sketching process only if I do not complete your piece within 2 months (60 days) or if I am dissatisfied with the work myself
